Key Job Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers.
Support auditing of compliance with defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility, reporting and associate experience.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects and develop effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.

Basic Qualifications
6+ months of human resources experience.
6+ months of customer service experience.
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
High school or equivalent.
Experience in confidential environments.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of human resources experience.
1+ year of customer service experience.
1+ year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
