About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned and safety-focused dogman to work on civil construction projects.
* Direct crane operators as the primary signaler in order to ensure efficient lifting and movement of materials and equipment onsite.
* Safely oversee the placement, moving and lifting of heavy materials.
* Conduct thorough pre-lift checks to guarantee that all equipment and lifting gear meet strict safety standards.
* Collaborate effectively with site supervisors, crane operators, and other team members.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering strictly to all relevant industry protocols and safety guidelines.
* Proven experience working as a skilled civil dogman or rigger in a civil construction setting.
* Dogman ticket - High Risk Licence is required.
* Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and protocols.
* Ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
