About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Operations Manager with strong experience in livestock, particularly bovine reproduction or artificial breeding, to lead our field teams, coordinate customer programs, and ensure operational excellence across commercial and research activities.
The role integrates operations leadership, logistics coordination, and demand / capacity planning, ensuring smooth movement of activities into and out of the laboratory.
You will collaborate closely with teams across the business to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with our growth and research priorities.

This is a hybrid role based in Freeway Office Park, Eight Mile Plains and may require some travel to support field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Demand, Capacity & Operational Planning
* Develop short-, medium- and long-term operational forecasts
* Align workforce, field resourcing and lab capacity to demand
* Build scheduling frameworks, dashboards and planning tools
* Conduct scenario planning to support operational readiness
Production & Workflow Planning
* Manage operational capacity plans and program calendars
* Coordinate with the IVF laboratory and field teams to optimise workflows
Scheduling & Logistics
* Schedule customer programs, R&D activities and field team allocation
* Coordinate logistics including movement, dispatch and receipt of genetics
* Manage field team travel and program sequencing
* Communicate operational plans to customers and internal teams
* Oversee accurate movement, handling and documentation of genetics into and out of the laboratory
* Maintain traceability and compliance within Nbryo systems
* Liaise with freight providers and service partners
* Build strong relationships with customers, researchers and commercial partners
* Coordinate program details, timelines and operational requirements
* Support positive, professional customer engagement and a safety-first culture
Equipment & Operational Readiness
* Support procurement and commissioning of field equipment
* Oversee maintenance and servicing schedules
Data & Reporting
* Produce operational reports, planning dashboards, customer documentation and invoicing
