As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily living activities. This position involves providing personal care and support to individuals who require assistance with everyday tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Personal Care: Assist clients with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as needed. Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel therapy.

* Domestic Tasks: Perform basic wound care, assist with self-medication, and undertake domestic tasks like meal preparation, light household chores, and laundry.
">
* Community Access: Facilitate community access, including driving clients to appointments and social events.
">

Requirements:

* Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
">
* Smartphone Device: Have access to a smartphone device.
">
* Screening Card: Hold a current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or be willing to obtain.
">
* NDIS Orientation: Be willing to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
">
* Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times.
