About the Role
This role suits an established agent who:
* Has a proven track record in residential sales
* Is confident in listing, negotiating and closing

You will be responsible for:
* Prospecting and generating new business
* Appraisal presentations and listing conversions
* Managing campaigns from launch to settlement
* Negotiating sales to achieve premium outcomes

What We're Looking For
* Must hold a current NSW Class 2 Licence
* Minimum of 2+ years proven real estate sales experience required
* Strong listing and negotiation skills
* Professional presentation and communication
* Self motivated with high personal standards
* Experience with real estate specific CRM systems is required
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
