We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with leadership experience to oversee our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, application support or systems administration.
Responsibilities:
 * Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor and coach technical support staff to ensure efficient operations.
 * Manage IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
 * Respond promptly to and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
 * Implement, upgrade and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed to maintain optimal performance.
 * Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools to enhance their skills.
Requirements:
 * Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft certifications (Azure, MS Windows, Office 365).
 * Technical Expertise: Experience working with hospitality technology systems and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
