✨ Posting daily revenue and bank journals into the accounting system
✨ Maintain the AR email inbox and track/accrue rebates
✨ Completing bank reconciliations for multiple clinics
✨ Setting up new acquisition clinics and third-party suppliers
✨ Reviewing and coding credit card expenses
✨ Supporting the Finance team with month-end tasks and ad-hoc projects
✨ Identifying process improvements to make things run smoother
To be successful for this position, you will have:
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in accounts, AR, or reconciliation roles
✔️ Strong attention to detail (you notice things others miss!)
