Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solicitor at Ramos & Co Lawyers, located in Gladstone, QLD. The Solicitor will manage client consultations, draft and review legal documents, research legal matters, and represent clients in court or other legal proceedings. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, advising clients on various legal issues, and collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Writing
* Expertise in Drafting, Reviewing Legal Documents, and Negotiation
* Proficiency in Litigation, Advocacy, and Court Representation
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
* Sound knowledge of Australian legal regulations and procedures
* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
* Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and holding a valid practicing certificate
