Currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing department, this is a role for someone with an understanding of the dynamic Eastern Suburbs market and the ability to maintain strong, long-standing relationships with loyal clients!

The Role:
* Oversee a local portfolio of approximately 120 commercial tenancies
* Build strong relationships with both tenants and landlords
* Proactively manage rental arrears with daily follow-ups
* Handle tenant invoicing, including outgoings and arrears control
* Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
* Conduct condition reports and routine inspections
* Manage annual rent increases and market rent reviews
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration
* Own a reliable car and a valid driver's license
* Impeccably presented with a professional demeanor
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and polished in client interactions
* Self-motivated with a proactive and driven approach
