 
        
        Supply Chain Specalist / Office All Rounder 
We’re TOA (Taste of Awesomeness) — the team behind KNOWN STRANGER and Simple + Addition, two fast-growing FMCG brands built on real ingredients, bold flavours, and innovation. Alongside our retail and supermarket presence, we also operate a café, giving us a unique mix of FMCG and hospitality operations. 
We’re looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator who can keep the engine running behind the scenes — managing orders, shipping, logistics, supplier relationships, and office admin. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role supporting both the FMCG and café sides of the business. 
The Role 
You’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring sales orders are delivered on time, suppliers are reliable, stock is well managed, and customers get a smooth experience. From logistics to café purchasing, you’ll be the person who helps everything run seamlessly. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Process all sales orders (B2B, B2C, café) through our ERP system. 
- Arrange shipping, logistics, and courier bookings. 
- Manage sample orders and coordinate packing as needed. 
- Place orders with suppliers for both FMCG and café. 
- Liaise with existing suppliers on lead times, deliveries, and issues. 
- Research and recommend new suppliers for the café to improve cost, quality, or variety. 
- Track stock availability and communicate requirements to the Founder and team. 
- Handle online enquiries (D2C orders, customer service). 
- Manage B2B sales enquiries and coordinate responses. 
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. 
Office & HR Administration 
- Assist with posting job ads, candidate scheduling, and onboarding. 
- Support the Founder with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks. 
- Maintain organised systems and records for smooth operations. 
- Be the ERP champion — ensuring accurate data entry across sales, stock, and purchasing. 
- Train new staff in ERP usage and provide troubleshooting support. 
- Suggest process improvements to make systems more efficient. 
What You’ll Bring 
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination (FMCG or café/retail a plus). 
- Solid ERP skills (Odoo or similar). 
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a “get things done” mindset. 
- Good communication and negotiation skills for supplier and customer interactions. 
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
- Proactive and adaptable — happy to jump in wherever needed.
