We're seeking a Destination Wedding Sales Executive to join our team and drive our mission of turning dream weddings into reality.

About the Role:

As a Destination Wedding Sales Executive, you'll combine your expertise in luxury travel and hospitality with your sales acumen to create seamless and magical wedding experiences. You will negotiate exclusive packages with luxury venues, represent the Wedded Wonderland brand with professionalism and passion, and assist our clients in planning their dream weddings by connecting them with our curated network of venues and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Venue Negotiation: Establish and maintain partnerships with high-end venues globally, securing exclusive packages and preferential rates.
* Client Management: Work directly with brides and grooms, offering personalized advice and connecting them to pre-negotiated luxury packages.
* Brand Representation: Be the face of Wedded Wonderland at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, promoting our exclusive services.
* Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales by identifying new opportunities, upselling additional services, and meeting revenue targets.
* Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends in luxury weddings, travel, and hospitality to provide expert advice to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or wedding sales, with a track record of working with high-profile clients and venues.
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with luxury venues and vendors (experience with brands like Shangri-La, Four Seasons, or Amex Centurion a plus).
* Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized advice and a premium client experience.
* Knowledge or passion for luxury wedding planning and an understanding of the destination wedding market.
* Experience in content creation, luxury blogging, or marketing within the hospitality industry is a bonus.
