Accountant Role
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team based in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily bank and credit card reconciliations, preparing financial and management reports, and reviewing final accounts payable files.
About the Role:
* Daily reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
* Prepare financial & management reports, including regular P&L variance analysis to budget for each division and location
* Review final accounts payable files prepared by the AP team, for upload to the bank
* Prepare financial reporting for operations, hour reports, plant utilisation etc.
* Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with uploading files for invoice financing through NABIF
* Assist with completion of the monthly management report
* Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
* Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and assist auditors with year-end audit
* Support Managers and Operations Teams to understand, analyse and improve business results
* Provide support to the broader finance function including Payroll, Accounts receivable and Accounts payable teams
* Complete any other financial tasks required, which directly contribute to the key work areas of the Finance Function
