Receptionist / Recruitment Administrator

Pearl Recruitment is a West Australian–owned agency, established in 2010 and based in South Perth. We provide staffing solutions across Mining, Engineering, Warehousing, Government, Construction and Professional Services. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, we are currently seeking a Receptionist / Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team.

What will this position entail?

Working within front reception, you will be the face of the company and first point of contact for all clients and visitors. Duties will include:

* Greeting all clients coming into the business
* Answering and forwarding calls
* Completing reference checks to verify employment history and suitability
* Driving the work vehicle to pick up PPE or office supplies as needed
* Supporting our recruiters with contractor onboarding including managing candidate documentation, coordinating assessments and other pre‑employment checks as needed
* Assisting with meeting and event preparation and planning
* Managing inventory of office supplies and contractor PPE
* Managing all queries to the main email inbox
* Calendar management
* Basic assistance to the marketing manager
* General data administration
* Other job duties as required by the Director

What are the requirements?

* Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally liaise with clients
* Previous experience in a reception / administrative role
* Attention to detail and competency with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
* Full working rights
