About the Role:
The Care Support Specialist will be responsible for welcoming prospective residents, assisting with their admission process, and providing impeccable service to both residents and employees. You'll be working across three core focus areas:
- Resident Placement: Ensuring a smooth transition for new residents, handling queries, and addressing concerns.
- Employee Service: Enhancing the experience of our staff through precise rostering, recruitment, and onboarding tasks.
- Concierge: Providing exceptional support, reception services, or communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration (or relevant qualification)
- Experience with rostering systems, preferably Kronos or payroll systems
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with others
