About the Opportunity
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Dozer Operators to join a newly awarded project in the Gascoyne region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major new development from the ground up.
Roles will commence on a 2:1 days only roster, then transitioning to a 2:1 days and nights roster as the project expands.
About You
* 2 - 3 years experience operating production Dozers (D10/D11 desirable)
* Skilled in ripping, pushing, slot dozing, shaping and rehabilitation
* Ability to read ground conditions and adjust techniques accordingly
* Strong safety focus with proven hazard awareness
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining consistent output
* Good communication skills and a team first attitude
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence
* Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen
Responsibilities
* Operating dozers safely and efficiently to meet production targets
* Building and maintaining stockpiles, windrows, pads and access roads
* Ripping, pushing and shaping material to meet design specifications
* Conducting prestart checks and reporting maintenance issues
* Maintaining machine cleanliness and ensuring safe operation
* Working closely with supervisors, surveyors and other operators to achieve production flow
