About the Role
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Petrol and Convenience channel.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Account Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts in the P&C channel.
o Category Leadership: Own the performance of our health food and snacking range within the P&C environment.
o Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share nationally.
o Promotional Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to roll out targeted marketing and promotional campaigns that resonate with the fast-paced, impulse-driven P&C environment.
o Market Intelligence: Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify insights and inform commercial decisions.
o Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including supply chain and innovation to deliver end-to-end execution and support customer success.
o Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
