Technical Documentation Specialist
The role of Technical Documentation Specialist plays a critical part in creating clear, user-friendly documentation that supports compliance, training, and operational excellence across our food manufacturing operations. Working hands-on with cross-functional teams - from the factory floor to our quality and innovation leaders - you'll turn complex processes into accurate, practical documentation.

* Draft, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and work instructions to ensure high-quality documentation meets regulatory standards and internal templates.
* Create visual aids such as process flows and schematics to support understanding and maintain document version control to ensure accessibility across the business.
* Collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, Reliability, and Safety teams to capture best practice and identify outdated or missing documents to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and training delivery through quality documentation and contribute to audit readiness and compliance by ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility.
What You Will Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Communications, or a related field and experience in technical writing, ideally within manufacturing or regulated environments.
* Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation and high-level written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems and experience interpreting technical diagrams and developing visual content.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential).
