Working hands-on with cross-functional teams - from the factory floor to our quality and innovation leaders - you'll turn complex processes into accurate, practical documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence safe work practices, drive process consistency, and contribute to audit readiness and team capability. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and has a talent for simplifying technical information.

* Draft, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and work instructions to ensure high-quality documentation meets regulatory standards and internal templates.
* Create visual aids such as process flows and schematics to support understanding and maintain document version control to ensure accessibility across the business.
* Collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, Reliability, and Safety teams to capture best practice and identify outdated or missing documents to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and training delivery through quality documentation and contribute to audit readiness and compliance by ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility.

What You Will Bring:

* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Communications, or a related field and experience in technical writing, ideally within manufacturing or regulated environments.
* Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation and high-level written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems and experience interpreting technical diagrams and developing visual content.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential).

Why This Role Matters:

* Shape the Future of Australian Food Culture: Contribute to products Australians love and learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
* Thrive in a Unique Culture: Experience the energy of a fast-growing business with the stability of a proud legacy.
