The role of Front Office Receptionist is a key position within our establishment, serving as the welcoming face for guests. This pivotal role encompasses various responsibilities, including providing exceptional customer service, efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures, utilizing our park booking system to manage reservations and accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team, supplying essential information to guests, and undertaking day-to-day administrative tasks.


Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry
* A strong passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience
* Proficiency in computer skills, specifically RMS or comparable reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Accurate handling of cash transactions
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
