Our Environmental Management & Approvals (EM&A) team has seen remarkable growth since its inception 4 years ago. Our team of 15 core staff, including one Senior Principal and five Principals bring a diverse range of expertise together to help our clients. We aim to help clients embed robust environmental risk management practices, as these avoid the future costs and disruption associated with pollution incidences, contamination clean-up, or regulatory actions for non-compliance. Our services range from EPA permissions, preparing environmental management plans (EMPs), implementing ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), statutory environmental auditing, compliance and risk auditing, sustainability action plans, Climate change and sustainability services, to impact assessments, strategic advice, waste classifications, circular economy and technical advice on hazardous waste management. The team is looking for a passionate and creative Graduate Consultant to join our high-performing team, to be based in Melbourne or Adelaide, and help shape our continued success. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide variety of projects to the public and private sector; and the chance to help shape the EM&A team’s ongoing growth and direction. The role will also provide you with the opportunity to work with our Contaminated Land team which will expediate your career growth in the environmental space. Does this sound like you? Completed, or in the final year of a degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management and Planning, Climate Change & Sustainability, or a related field. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bring a wealth of energy, enthusiasm, and a thirst for knowledge in the workplace. Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
