Theatre Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team in South Theatres. As a key member of our Perioperative team, you will play a fundamental role in the development of Elective and Emergency surgery at Ipswich Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
* Develop and maintain skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with best practices in theatre operations.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient theatre operations.
* Contribute to the effective functioning of the Perioperative team by providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse/ODP qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience working in a theatre environment, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
