Located at our Northern Ops head office in Riverview (Ipswich), we're looking for a Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our Shipping & Docs team and help ensure our customers receive exceptional service every single time.
In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate daily transport activities, build strong relationships with carriers and internal teams and play a key part in driving operational excellence across our supply chain.
About You
* Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain operations
* Strong understanding of domestic freight networks
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Confidence using logistics systems, ERP or transport booking platforms
* Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
* Experience in warehousing or inventory operationsBackground in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or industrial sectors
* Detail‐focused, organised and reliable
* Customer‐centric with a service mindset
* Ability to build strong relationships across carriers and internal teams
* Calm under pressure and deadline‐driven
* Analytical and always looking for better ways of doing things
