About the opportunity
1. The position utilises expert knowledge to support workers who have lodged a dispute with the conciliation service concerning their compensation claim.
2. This role will also be responsible for educating workers on dispute resolution consulting with legal representatives analysing documentation identifying arguments supporting worker contention liaising with agents discussing issues exploring potential resolutions before conferences attending conferences providing technical expertise on compensation entitlements related to disputes liasing stakeholders ensuring relevant information is identified collected during processes and facilitating conflict resolution through collaborative efforts.
