We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team.
* Prepare and send important documents, forms, and correspondence to clients and partners.
* Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all necessary information and paperwork is collected and processed efficiently.
* Schedule and confirm appointments, reviews, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
* Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the relevant team member when necessary.
* Track and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
* Organize and maintain accurate files and databases.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and supporting management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a support or coordination role.
* Familiarity with software systems and tools used in administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
