About the Opportunity
This is a highly rewarding opportunity based in Port Macquarie. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for providing day-to-day support and leadership to a small team consisting of drafting, project delivery, estimating and administrators.
* Develop and implement effective pre-construction workflows to drive efficiency and performance
* Lead, motivate and coach team members to develop technical and soft skills, ensuring they have the tools necessary to excel in their roles
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting, driving business objectives and results
* Review operational reports and metrics to inform strategic business decisions
* Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
About You

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on customer experience and service excellence
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results
* Foresight and strategic focus, with effective decision-making skills
* Residential construction experience or knowledge in project delivery, customer support and operations (desirable)
* Understanding of building regulations and codes
