Reception / Administration Officer - Part Time - 2/3 months

We are seeking an experienced Reception / Administration professional to support a busy government depot in Unley. This is a fast-paced front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction and can manage a high-volume environment.
The Role
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls
* Greeting and assisting customers at the front counter
* Providing general administration and office support
* Assisting depot staff with day-to-day enquiries
About You
* Recent reception or administration experience
* Comfortable managing busy phones and face-to-face enquiries
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Council or government experience highly regarded
