Your New Role
* The Change Management Lead will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-priority projects by providing practical implementation support, expert guidance, and capability building in change management practices. This position is responsible for applying the organisation's change management framework by assisting project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives.
* Working in close partnership with stakeholders, the Change Management Lead ensures projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes. The role also contributes to change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and the development of communication strategies, training plans, and other supporting artefacts, while monitoring and reporting on the progress of change activities.
What you will bring
* Must have Aged Care or Not For Profit experience;
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
* Experience working through change or project lifecycle, including conducting stakeholder analysis, conducting change impact assessments and assessing the organisational change readiness;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with assessing change impact and developing strategies;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation;
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; and
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
