About the Role
The Strategy and Performance Consultant reports into the Director, Strategy Delivery and Impact, working as part of a team to analyze, develop, and deliver strategy and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
1. Structuring problems and defining plans of action to solve them.
2. Owning and driving key relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
3. Leading critical strategy projects and topics, facilitating end-to-end thinking and decision making.
4. Preparing presentations, plans, and reports to support core and growth opportunities identification and development.
5. Providing analytical and project management support for strategic projects as required.
6. Developing financial models to support business decisions and valuations.
About Your Experience
We seek candidates with relevant experience gained in strategy consultancy, possessing:
1. Tertiary qualifications in finance, business/commerce, economics, or similar fields.
2. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks.
3. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and influencing ability at all levels.
4. Proficiency in business case writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
