We are seeking a skilled Platform Champion to collaborate with stakeholders, understand customer pain points, propose solutions, and articulate value. This role requires a strong sense of platform ownership, leading cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
You will make a significant impact by:
* Defining and shaping initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders
* Breaking down complex problems and communicating their impacts to customers and the business
* Staying on top of initiatives and business milestones that could affect business KPIs
* Assisting leadership with decision-making by presenting end-to-end customer/end user impacts and solution proposals in concise language
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in analyst or product ownership roles in fast-paced service industries or organizations
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams
* Experience balancing priorities in complex environments working with multiple stakeholders, tools, brands, and user channels
* Experience with customer behavior data in contact centers or digital platforms
* Proven experience of data-driven decision making to achieve targets and KPIs
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience in digital transformation environments
* Experience in online, mobile app, or CRM platform performance
* Comfortable using analytics tools
