About the Role: We’re looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in South Brisbane, reporting to the National Credit Manager and supporting stores across the business. This role will suit someone with previous credit or accounts experience, but we’re also open to someone more junior who is organised, confident communicating with customers, and keen to learn. It’s a hands-on role with a mix of credit control, customer communication, account administration, and general support work. You’ll be part of a close-knit team and given the training and support to build your skills over time. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, office based in South Brisbane. In this role, you will: Follow up overdue accounts and support collection activities Review and process customer credit applications Maintain customer accounts and update records in Pronto ERP Reconcile ledgers and assist with account queries and disputes Prepare reports and support the wider credit function with administration Work closely with branch teams to maintain strong customer relationships Assist with general accounts and administrative duties as required About You: We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and happy to pick up the phone and build rapport with customers.
