How you will make contributions that matter
Join our team as a Quality Administrator - Operations in Cobram, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining the highest quality in our operations. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll be involved in various aspects of quality management, from HACCP and audits to customer relations and product development.
* Partner with operations to investigate and action Food Safety / Quality concerns
* Participate in HACCP, maintain quality SOPs.
* Monitor and act on test results, coordinate surveys, follow up on alerts.
* Assist with customer queries and complaints.
* Participate in internal / external audits
* Conduct quality inductions and training.
* Support product development and improvement projects.
About you
* Qualification in Food Science, quality or equivalent.
* Previous working experience in quality, laboratory, or admin role within FMCG.
* Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
* Knowledge of root cause analysis and food safety systems.
* Excellent time management and ability to coordinate work
* Highly motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
