Customer Service Officer - Indooroopilly, BOQ Group.
Based in Indooroopilly, Queensland, Australia.
This role is a frontline customer service position in the branch, focused on delivering exceptional service and helping customers explore current and future financial needs.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs.
Undertake transaction activities for customers.
Educate customers on using digital banking solutions.
Conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About You
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; thrive in a customer-service environment.
Career-minded with a genuine interest in or passion for banking; a proactive team player who strives to exceed customer expectations.
Previous banking experience is not a prerequisite.
