Your New Role
Our client's Banking & Commercial Litigation team is a dynamic practice with expertise across banking disputes, debt recovery, corporate and personal insolvency, and complex commercial litigation.
In this role, you will:
* Focus on banking litigation matters, including enforcement of mortgages and securities
* Draft correspondence and provide advice to clients and stakeholders
* Prepare and settle claims, pleadings, and other court documents
* Manage key client relationships with professionalism and confidence
* Attend settlement conferences, mediations, and court appearances as part of your development
* Gain exposure to a broad range of disputes within a supportive and collaborative environment
Please note:
We are seeking lawyers at
2+ years PAE
as well as
Senior Associate
level.

Your Skills Profile
* 2+ PAE and 5+ Years PAE (Senior Associate level) in banking or commercial litigation;
* Strong negotiation and drafting skills;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Quality outcome-driven with a keen eye for detail;
* Experience in insolvency is highly desirable;
* Team player who relishes the opportunity to develop your career;
* Ability to quickly build rapport with clients;
* Experience in managing files and being proactive in progressing matters to resolution; and
* Strong time management.
