What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for business professionals with graduate-level expertise to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business acumen, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to think like an executive.

What You'll Do
* Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and more
* Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as benchmarks for AI training
* Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
* Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and correct flaws in AI logic — such as misapplied WACC calculations, ignored sunk costs, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, actionable feedback
* Stress-Test AI Judgment — Challenge language models on nuanced topics like organizational behavior, competitive positioning, and capital allocation decisions, documenting failure modes to improve model performance
Who You Are
* Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
* Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
* Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
* Meticulous with financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
* Self-directed and comfortable working independently in an async, remote environment
* No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
* Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
* Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
* Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
* Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
