The Senior Business Analyst supports the delivery of ICTD projects and operational services at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Responsibilities include business engagement, project scoping, requirements definition, and resource estimation. The role requires flexibility, independence, and expertise in various business analysis approaches.
* Work across key projects for Serco and external clients.
* Define project benefits, outcomes, and success criteria.
* Gather and document requirements.
* Build relationships with stakeholders.
* Develop and apply business analysis frameworks.
* Engage stakeholders early in new projects.
Candidate Profile
You are highly self-motivated, quick to learn, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. To succeed, you should have:
* Strong knowledge of service delivery and project management (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2).
* Familiarity with Product delivery models and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent root cause analysis skills and ability to define business benefits.
* Proficiency in producing clear, evidence-based reports.
* Experience with PowerBI, Excel, and MS Office.
* Expertise in business process modelling, solution design, and requirements analysis (e.g., user stories).
