Main Responsibilities:
* Support multiple business change initiatives, providing advice to Portfolio Leaders on scope, impact, resourcing, and scheduling.
* Analyze the environment; scope and define the change across initiatives to ensure outcomes and expected impacts are clearly articulated.
* Develop and manage the change plan to deliver agreed capabilities and realize benefits within agreed scope, time, and resources.
* Ensure required change capability is available by partnering with internal teams and establishing clear accountabilities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a finance or business-related field or relevant experience in managing complex change initiatives.
* Proven track record of successfully improving businesses through change management and transformation.
* Domain experience in financial services or related industries.
* Hands-on experience of agile ways of working and human-centered design.
