Requirements
* A minimum of five years' experience in a middle management role or equivalent disability services professional
* Relevant tertiary qualification/s, such as Diploma in Individual Support or Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management
* Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
