We are seeking a confident, capable Clinical Manager who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by raising standards, strengthening compliance, and building high-performing clinical teams. The Opportunity
As Clinical Manager, you will take ownership of clinical governance, quality systems, and care delivery across the facility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead from the front — embedding safe, compliant, person-centred care while supporting and developing your nursing team.
Your impact will be visible across compliance outcomes, team capability, and, most importantly, resident experience.

What You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading all aspects of clinical care delivery and governance
* Ensuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
* Driving infection prevention and control practices
* Overseeing assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
* Leading audits, quality indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Supporting complex clinical decision-making and admissions
* Partnering on workforce planning and operational strategy
To be successful you will have
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years' senior nursing experience within Residential Aged Care
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
* Demonstrated experience managing non-compliance and driving improvement
* Confident leader who supports, mentors, and holds teams accountable
* High attention to detail with exceptional documentation standards
