Program Manager
Main Responsibilities:
As a Programs Manager, you will play a key role in executing regional people programs and initiatives that make a real difference. You will lead the regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey, developing engagement programs to enhance the overall employee experience across Asia Pacific.
Key Objectives:
• Lead Regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey
• Execute the Asia Pacific annual Professional Development and Succession Planning process
• Develop and execute regional people programs across Asia Pacific
• Ensure timely and accurate metrics are gathered and produced to proactively diagnose and address people and operational related trends
• Manage regional involvement with global contracts, ensuring seamless operations and providing strategic direction based on regional priorities and feedback
• Continuously identify and implement new processes, technologies, and workflows that add value to the business
• Promote and guide social impact strategies
• Support Regional Director with preparation for Executive presentations, information collation & analysis
Qualifications:
You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach. A strong understanding of technology resources and platforms to enhance productivity and successful outcomes is also essential. You should be able to invest in relationships to deliver enduring value with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
