About The Role
Devoted to offering spa guests a holistic wellness experience, The Ritz-Carlton Spa uses its waterfront setting to encourage relaxation and reflection in Perth. Four idyllic treatment rooms, including a couple's spa suite, and secluded wellness lounges inclusive of heated vitality pools & saunas, are where nature meets beauty with crafted luxury day spa rituals.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth in Australia works collaboratively with national and international skincare brands LaGaia Unedited and Biologique Recherche on its bespoke spa treatments and retail collections for both hotel guests and guests local to Perth.
As creating memorable and extraordinary luxury experiences is at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Spa Concierge to join our dedicated team of Spa professionals.
Duties
Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
Thorough understanding of spa menu to promote and sell spa services.
Process guest payments for spa services.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Skills & Experience
Excellent time management skills
Experience in spa administration desirable.
