About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be one of the most senior roles on site. You will apply construction management principles to ensure project goals are met, mentor and support your team, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with trades, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
Follow all HSEQ requirements.
Support and mentor site-based staff and field supervisors.
Monitor and report on project milestones and variations.
Manage logistics for remote areas to ensure efficient material and personnel flow.
Maintain registers and ensure construction activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
About You
Experience as a Construction Manager in a FIFO or remote working environment.
Experience in civil construction and/or SMP environment.
Knowledge of pipework, SMP, and civil earthworks (desirable).
Understanding of productivity and cost control tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
