Where You'll Make an Impact
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you\'ll support injured workers through the psychosocial and vocational aspects of recovery and return to work. Your duties will include:
* Assessing psychosocial, vocational, and environmental factors impacting an injured worker\'s recovery
* Providing counselling and goal-setting support to address barriers to return to work
* Facilitating communication between injured workers, employers, insurers, and treating practitioners
* Developing tailored return-to-work plans and case managing complex claims with comprehensive reporting

Who Should Apply?
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:
* Registration/accreditation (or eligible for registration by commencement at KINNECT) with:
* ASORC (Affiliate) - Rehabilitation Counsellor (NSW-based roles only)
* ASORC (Full) – Rehabilitation Counsellor
* RCCAA (Full) – Rehabilitation Counsellor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An ability to problem solve and work well in a dynamic team environment.
