Key Responsibilities and Skills: Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers. Attend to customer queries via phone, email. Process orders and customer returns Have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and be the ability to think outside the square. Be a team player with great communication skills. Be willing to learn and grow with the business. Be passionate, motivated, and organized. Possess good computer skills. Liaise with our onsite warehouse. Enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our B2C customers Passionate and positive attitude Our ideal candidate must: Experience in motorcycle industry, desirable Customer focus with a strong ability to build relationships Be reliable, punctual & passionate Excellent communication skills Hold a valid full Australian driver's license Excellent grammar and general written communication skills.
