Gaming Attendant | Victoria Point Tavern
Victoria Point Tavern is looking for a professional and energetic Gaming Attendant to join our team! We are seeking a reliable individual (18+) who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered, you must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications and possess excellent availability across days, nights (including some late night finishes!) and weekends. While previous experience in a gaming room is a definite bonus, a proactive attitude and a commitment to responsible gaming practices are essential. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Qualifications
About you:
* You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
* You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people.
Inherent requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
