Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and front-of-store activities.
You will lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that the checkout area remains clean and safe for both employees and customers.
