We are looking for a full-time all-rounder to join our team at our yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant in Gold Coast! This role involves both cooking and supporting the restaurant manager. Since this is a yakiniku restaurant, the cooking process is not complex. The main responsibilities include frying, grilling, meat preparation (cutting), ingredient ordering, and general restaurant management.
**Position Details**:
- Full-time position
- Work schedule: 4 full days + 1 half day per week
- Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday + half day
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year + superannuation + paid leave
- Work hours:
- Morning shift: 10:30 AM - around 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 4:30 PM - around 10:00 PM
