About the Role: We are seeking an ASORC accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor to take on a Rehabilitation Consultant position with a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Traralgon/Gippsland, VIC. In this role you will assess, plan, organise and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes. You will conduct early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses and ergonomic assessments, while liaising with a range of stakeholders including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
