Role High-Level DetailsHobart-basedFull-time6-month initial contractOpen to 15.4.2025 The Health ICT Office of the Chief Clinical Information Officer is seeking a Senior Policy & Project Officer resource to: Under the direction of the Project Manager- ePrescribing Work Program the primary objective of the Senior Policy and Project Officer is to work with the project team to deliver high level policy analysis and advice, draft high-level documentation, and support implementation activities. Providing guidance to other team members as required.Where appropriate support and assist in the delivery of broader Care@Home nominated priorities. Health Senior Policy & Project Officer Duties:Prepare and/or undertake high-level briefings, advice, analysis, reports, plans, business documentation, submissions and correspondence for a diverse audience including executive, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.Support for project planning and delivery, including preparation of project documentation, business requirements, engagement planning and delivery, risk and issues analysis and review of project outcomes/outputs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, policy, and procedures.Undertake significant research and analysis activities, including gap analysis, reviewing, and monitoring of the strategic local, national, and international policy environments, and current and emerging issues.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, development, monitoring, and delivery of specific projects.
