Job Description
The Head of IAM and Cyber Platforms is responsible for establishing and maintaining relevant cyber
capabilities that would protect TAL against the cyber threats targeting our business through managing and
uplifting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities as well as an array of other cyber security
platforms protecting infrastructure, network and applications.
This is a critical role within the Cyber Security and Technology Leadership Team, as it leads the charge of
ensuring our cyber platforms are delivering the best outcome for our employees and customers.
In this role you will:
* Build "fit for purpose" IAM capabilities with an appropriate operating model to provide trust to Executives, Board, Regulators and Partners that the controls against unauthorised access and data loss are effective and operating effective.
* Ensure that the IAM capabilities enable TAL to systematically transition from traditional perimeter-based security to zero-trust based security model.
* Lead the Customer Identity Program in uplifting the security posture of the existing customer-identity platform and expanding it to support the digital transformation activities.
* Expand the Privileged Access Management (PAM) capability to cover privileged service accounts and resolve the gaps in the privileged user accounts.
* Develop the User Access Management (UAM) program and drive the Application Role Modelling (ARM) for critical / sensitive applications and subsequent onboarding of those applications on to Access Governance platform for periodic User Access Reviews (UAR).
* Establish governance model to oversee and manage the Identity Infrastructure Platforms and roll out corrective measures to eliminate poor practices.
* Develop appropriate metrics for IAM capabilities to measure and monitor the KPIs and KRIs, and to ensure that the newly developed capabilities are sustained.
* Review the IAM technical roadmap on yearly basis and make relevant improvements based on the external and internal changes.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of cyber, information security and IT (with at least three years in a Senior Manager and above role).
* Knowledge and understanding of APRA CPS234 regulatory requirements, NIST cyber security framework, and ISO 27K standards.
* Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
* Experience in managing various functions within the IAM, such as, Identity Infrastructure, identity
Governance, Access Management, Customer Identity, and Privilege Access Management.
