We are currently partnering with a leading name in the fire protection industry, known for delivering high-quality services across commercial, industrial, and government projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Project Scheduler to join their dynamic team.
As the Project Scheduler, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Stakeholders to plan, monitor, and coordinate project schedules and programs using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays
* Create an accurate program and keep up to date in line with the scope of works
* Provide regular progress updates and reports to internal stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with project, engineering, and site teams
* Assist in resource planning and critical path analysis
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Scheduler/Programmer in the construction, fire, or building services industries
* High proficiency with Microsoft Projects/ Primavera P6
* Strong understanding of project planning principles, resource allocation, and scheduling methodologies
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
