The Role
* A key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Lismore showroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and engage with customers, responding to inquiries and guiding them towards suitable solutions.
* Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and processing general inquiries.
* Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Support showroom administration, maintaining accurate records and performing banking tasks as required.
* Conduct pre-production calls, scan and upload completed sales orders into our Oracle system.
* Develop product knowledge, from technical specifications to installation advice.
* Create accurate quotes using V6 software and process smaller sales transactions.
* Follow up on leads, converting showroom visits into confirmed orders.
* Maintain high standards around quote accuracy, follow-up times, response rates and customer satisfaction.
